      Well after getting through all 8 films and trying to work out which was the bigger mistake in the prequel films Jar-Jar or Hayden Christensens wooden acting, I finally finished the mighty Falcon.

    ...and a mynock... and "piece-meal" interior... not one big lift up "lid", but various smaller removable panels to expose smaller interiors... seems like nearly everyone was right about something. Love it.

    Wow looks fantastic so far. It's great that it is interchangeable between the movies. Appeals to both old and new fans.

    Any idea on the Canadian price? I'm hoping under $1000. I'm going to guess $899 but can see it being more. The Death Star is $599 here but then again this set only appears to have 8 minifigs.

    This has got to be the slowest most painful bandaid ripoff for what seems like an eternity.

    But holy mother of god....That is sexy AF.  It really does make the old one look like crap.

    Luckily, I already have those days scheduled off so I can camp out at the Lego store to walk away with this day one and savor every bit of this wondrous set!
