  • Well after getting through all 8 films and trying to work out which was the bigger mistake in the prequel films Jar-Jar or Hayden Christensens wooden acting, I finally finished the mighty Falcon.

I'm still hoping for another tease today, guess we'll find out in a few hours. When I visited the Leicester Square store recently they genuinely didn't seem to know what I was talking about when asking about the MF [emoji20], got one of those mosaics done though. Do we know if they're going to have the built sets on display in stores on the 1st? Because if they do I might pop down and marvel at one!

Off topic but could I ask was the mosaic worth it? Heading to London in December and debating whether to get one.

And on topic, am I stupid to think that if you get shipped from LEGO Shop at Home that it'll ship with the wheeled box?

Confirmed.

DS fits in that bag.

If you look closely you can see it fits.

I used photoshop to confirm it's a DS in the bag.

If you turn the photo upside down you can see it reads OGEL. What the hell is ogel? New lego Gel confirmed as well. Holds all day.

The way they are hyping it up, it's more McMansion than fort.

comes with wheels so you can personally drive your new milf out of the store. Not only that, You can race them with your friends now, like real race, not just swooshing around.

Im always returning larger sets that come in damaged so the cart will certainly come in handy. Still hoping for this to be something other than the falcon just to see the barrage of WTF's from everyone that bailed...........LOL  And the fact it would be interesting to get a new something that large..............

What's more embarrassing than a grown man pulling his LEGO Box/Cart/Wagon???

A grown man carrying his LEGO Box/Cart/Wagon (to keep it from getting damaged).

You'll be able to tell who the resellers are ... Buying to build? Pull that box with pride. Buying to sell? Carry that thing out to your car like it's a newborn.

Yeah I'm not gonna lie, not too keen on carrying that around the Mall of America.

The box looks pretty cool for a transportation method. The Millennium Falcon will probably be placed inside of the trolley after its opened from the shipping box, or it would be cool if both of those boxes can fit into this. Who really knows right now, I guess we will find out on Friday. Now can someone please put me into Carbon Freeze for the next two weeks until the UCS Millennium Falcon is released.

RIP arms if you have to carry that from downtown Disney store to parking lot.

yeah, tell me about it.  just imagine rolling out of the store with multiple 75192s.   full body workout.

side notes:

  • this is one Lego set that is going to be ridiculous boxing up and shipping.    costly also.
  • i've seen cardboard carriers like this in the past for other products (you pressed the sticky side on the boxes  ) .  i hope lego doesn't expect us to slap these straps and wheels  on the color retail box.  while i don't mind dings and creases, i hate surface tears that ruin the box images.

Are you guys taking this "wheels on box" thing seriously? I thought it was just a joke to reinforce how big the set was.

So who is in to buy this on day one versus waiting on hoping it gets discounted?

I was gonna say, I highly doubt Lego is making boxes and wheels for a set. It's just a marketing thing.

Nah I'm pretty sure the box/wheels is serious. As noted, it won't fit in their big yellow bags. And the large cube shape is gonna be too awkward/heavy to comfortably carry. It actually seems very efficient rather than a marketing ploy.

yea...based on the weight of this set...there's gotta be a way to get it out of the store.
