  • Got in the door from the airport tonight and this was waiting for me... I officially have the best wife ever. I can't believe she went to the store for opening and then dragged this beast through

  • Well after getting through all 8 films and trying to work out which was the bigger mistake in the prequel films Jar-Jar or Hayden Christensens wooden acting, I finally finished the mighty Falcon.

Completed and mounted.  Cannon alternates top/bottom lights. Happy to answer any questions or take different pictures if asked.

Ugh, if that is real.... i'm going to have a hard time passing up on it. Kept telling myself my brickbuilt 10179 was good enough, but those extra details are fiinnee. Now i have to start thinking about how to offload 10179 to cover the cost of this bad boy.

Hopefully the frame is similar to 10179 so i can wall mount it as well :D

Exactly same size as the old fellow. Where did all the extra parts go if it´s true? In the interior?

Can anyone translate the text?

And conspiracy theorists will note the trailing ISD - allegedly the next UCS remake.

What if this ISN'T the Falcon (based on dark stone grey / brick yellow), but wreckage (Star Destroyer / AT-AT) on Jakku? Surely this is just to show volume of bricks and we're still getting a Falcon (and hopefully not a cheese-wedge remake w/ 'extra' bricks).

Hmmmm.  It DOES show use of the new curved tiles. :)

And plenty of cheese slopes on the back....

Google Translate of the text above the Picture:

乐 高  星 球 大 战 史 上 最 大 且 具 收 藏 价 值
的 千 年 事 号 模 型 复 杂 且 细 致 的 船 体
设 计 让 人 叹 为 观 止

Lego Star Wars in the history of the largest and valuable collection
model of the Millennium Falcon, the complex and detailed
design of the hull is amazing

Better translation

Too different, complex and refined to be fake. I am sure this is the first leak. Looks nice. (Goodbye my money spent on 10179.)

Yeah, either that or it´s a MOC. The curved detailing makes the old one look very Youtube at 240 res.

Whatever it is Im not looking at it. This is the one thing I didn't want spoiled for me this year.

Looks like the back plate is elevated a bit, like it might snap on.  I'm hoping for some interior under there and down the corridor from the cockpit.

The center turret section also looks like it could lift off.

I agree, that back middle section definitely looks like it's hinged on (which would provide a ton of interior space to work with).
