  • Got in the door from the airport tonight and this was waiting for me... I officially have the best wife ever. I can't believe she went to the store for opening and then dragged this beast through

  • Well after getting through all 8 films and trying to work out which was the bigger mistake in the prequel films Jar-Jar or Hayden Christensens wooden acting, I finally finished the mighty Falcon.

Nice overview of all the so called leaked photos of the UCS Millennium Falcon and pointing out why they are fake. There's even a shout-out to @CM4Sci in the video! :D

I honestly don't care if Lego releases "classic set reissues" market rehashes for what they are, remakes. Which wasn't the case with this set and Winter Toy Shop.   I know this was done in the early 2000s with the classics theme.

10188 was among the 2000-2010 "exclusive sets where buy-in price was extremely important than ever as it meant the difference between a $50 less or $50 profit after fees.  Plenty of folks made profits on their 10188 even after the 75159 pics surfaced- it was just a smaller profit.

Here are probably potential top secret Blueprints of the upcoming  UCS Millennium Falcon.
We can see there will be 12 bags, most of he parts remain the same as per se original Millenium Falcon from 2007.

Brickset has now been updated and 75192 is now listed as an UCS set.

I guess they remembered to ask Jamie!

Gonna reshare what I posted on the Brickset Forums

I think I helped solidify this rumor a little more

This week, the fake image I made made its way to Kim Thomsen who is one of the higher ups at LEGO I think, anyway he immediately classified it as a leak and asked people not to spread it.

So is it just me or did he involuntarily confirm

A. A Falcon is coming

B. He hasn't seen it but was told it was coming, and my photoshop was sooo good that he fell for it (and had my Ideas projects (one w/ over 6k supporters) and account deleted...)

C. IF he's seen it the above image looks very similar to it enough for him to think it was real.

Hmm...

Thats a bit harsh, it was an April fool wasnt it? Ok you might of raised a few hopes up but thats not worthy of deleting accounts or getting too upset about! IMO.

If they consider your photoshop skills that good maybe you should offer them freelance design services for future releases ;)

Lego has obviously taken disneys advice on security of this product, rumour and source info is all we are getting. Hurry up and release some info will ya Lego!

Oh and Yeh #freeCM4Sci :)

So I'm trying to follow here. Someone at LEGO took your April Fools joke Photoshop. Then showed it to someone at TLG. That person was so shocked to see it they they felt it was an internal leak and not fan made. Then identified it was you (a non-LEGO employee), and felt that your Ideas account needed to be deleted?

That's my understanding of it... they didn't give me a reason other than I was "caught sharing confidential information belonging to The LEGO Group" and this happened the day before. I also shared the London Bus images that were on LEGOs cache an hour  before they announced it but that's too narrow a window IMO. Still waiting on a response from Kim, the employee.

Or maybe because you are circulating fake images under various trademarks ?

The specific reason was confidential information, not trademark violations - plus this was meant to be a joke, not a trick

I would have to wonder what tlg is doing but then again I remember that there is no understanding tlg.
