If the post buried in that Eurobricks thread is true, I just want to throat punch some designers at LEGO. There are literally a dozen vehicles that haven't received the UCS treatment (and IMHO deserve it) and we're tripping over ourselves to buy remakes. If his post is true, and the UCS Falcon rumor is true, that would make three successive UCS in a row  that are all re-releases. 

Okay, so now cavegod, who IIRC first brought up the rumour of a new MF two (?) years ago, is now saying that the designer video has already been recorded. I really hope TLG gives us a teaser on May 4th.

That has been suggested because the opening sequence shows 3 further designer videos - probably Minecraft, the MF and either Ninjago City or Apollo.

It´s all adding up, little by little.

I think LEGO will announce MF with 3rd this year wave which comes usually with official press conference related to SW instalment movie release.
MF is a way too big deal for LEGO to announce it in just regular way like many other sets.
I'd be surprise to see it otherwise in few next days or weeks.

Surely there will be an Apollo 13 video.

From the intro sequence it is clear that, apart from Mike and the Carousel (sec 00:01), there is one guy with glasses and a black t shirt doing Minecraft (sec 00:003), another grey sweater doing Ninjago (probably) sec 00:05 and 2 more doing the Falcon (all the SW props sec 00:02). There´s also the sequence with the big brick separator (sec 00:07), which could be anything.

Has anyone heard about a surprise reveal tomorrow and a release on Thursday? Someone on Brickset Forums said they heard it from an LBR employee. Which, yeah, I know, yeah right, but the reason I ask is because I heard a similar thing.

I just don't think it can happen.. so don't get your hopes up and be disappointed when nothing happens tomorrow.

I think a reveal for Thursday is quite likely. Release? Nah.

Logistically, it would have been in production at least a few weeks ago. And then it would have to be distributed. No chance that it's made it this far along without some store employee spilling the beans.

There's also the Snowspeeder. If this set is released on Thursday, sales on the Snowspeeder are completely cannibalized. People will by this instead of the Snowspeeder.

I'd even venture a Force Friday release date but not before.
