Gonna complain here again... I just called my Lego store in New York and they still claim to have no idea how many Falcons they'll have for sale in the morning.  The assistant manager refused to even acknowledge my question.  

As I said to him, if I show up at 8 AM and there are 20 people there, I just want to know if its worth my time to stay there or not because if they only put 5 for sale the other 15 people are SOL

I was looking forward to a good riot.

Yeah I guess if I see 5-10 people already at 8 AM I will try my luck ordering over the phone.  I have a gift card that I'd like to cash out ASAP so that's why I'm more hellbent on purchasing at the store.  Giftcards still don't work online for whatever dumb reason Lego wants.

Ugh. People just quit posting on Brickset. Huw was there though.

My store said they have 8 - they were pretty transparent about that - and they also told me they will only be letting the first 8 people in line into the store to try to control the chaos. I wonder if I'll need a bodyguard to get out (assuming I'm one of the first 8).

On my way back from Leicester Square with 1 signed UCS MF. Few nice freebies etc and a fun day with some good peeps I met in the queue.

One of the wheels failed after about 2 mins of rolling it along. Luckily I can carry the thing

So I imagine if one orders 2 of these then LEGO would ship them in 2 separate boxes?  I can't imagine they would ship 2 huge sets like this together.   Kinda sad this is the thing that is making me hesitant to order 2 of them

I wouldn't worry about that... Lego knows that they need to ship it right or get it back.
