75192 - UCS: Millennium Falcon 2017

I don't know if I was dreaming or what but I could have sworn I saw a post where someone preordered a UCS falcon for a May the 4th celebration this year. I searched everywhere (here, shopathome) and came up with nothing though.

      Well after getting through all 8 films and trying to work out which was the bigger mistake in the prequel films Jar-Jar or Hayden Christensens wooden acting, I finally finished the mighty Falcon.

    I've been looking at getting a drone for a couple of years now, and DJI have not long released the 'DJI Spark'. You can get a deal here (https://www.heliguy.com/dji-spark-fly-more-combo-p4524) for £699 with spare batteries, controller, case etc which sets you up for doing whatever you wanna do. It has all of the good stuff that was a premium thing 12 months ago. As small as the Mavic pro too as well, just lacks the 4k camera. I don't need 4k, so now my time has come! :)  I think there's another site (dronesdirect) who do the same price, but they may do Quidco too. Just looking into how reliable they are before I order for the slight discount.

    I have left the site but I will be more than curious to see those poor lads reaction beeing informed about lack of the outer boxes.

    Looks like it was DNS issues.  Server was up, sites just wouldn't resolve.  Horrible timing!!  I think LEGO is trying to take us out.

    By the way, I did indeed spend my £700...........on a DJI Spark drone package. Next day delivery too. It's all good, apart from the fact that I don't want to wake up that early to receive it. I'll be loving my flying into trees in a few days though. Wheeeeeeeee :)

    Thanks man, I'll keep you in mind when I come across any problems. Do you like the Spark? (sorry mods, don't want to derail the thread too much, feel free to tell me to cut it out completely if needed) :)

    So the Leicester Store has opened and the first Falcons have been purchased. The boxes are all lined up next to each other in the store, it looks so cool!

    Gonna complain here again... I just called my Lego store in New York and they still claim to have no idea how many Falcons they'll have for sale in the morning.  The assistant manager refused to even acknowledge my question.  

    As I said to him, if I show up at 8 AM and there are 20 people there, I just want to know if its worth my time to stay there or not because if they only put 5 for sale the other 15 people are SOL
