My guess would be 12 est. just like any other early vip release.

Just talked with LEGO and they said 8am tomorrow EST in the USA.  However, she also said she would recommend starting to check at midnight.  Sounds like they really don't know.

So the can start at midnight, 7.30 london time, 8.30 german time, hour before midnight, as happen on black friday, or anytime... very nice... Again chaos. The best way is not to sleep whole night.... 

 

I have a Bombshell for certain part of participants.

Only 100 boxes have those external wheels. The other 50 needs to be carried with your bare hands.

At least it's not raining.

Love the artwork on the inner boxes and quite happy that there's only a small number of stickers, although the low number also makes me wonder why they couldn't go that extra mile and print those parts. I suppose they had to stop somewhere. 

 

I'm still buzzing though, its still 50% of the price I nearly paid for a bricklinked 10179 this time last year.

It's 35lbs, not like you are dragging a bag of cement through the streets.  If you can't lift/carry 35lbs, you still have a few hours to do some bicep curls and get swol.

I'm just curious about the schedule myself. For example, what time will the fighting start in the queue, then how long after midnight will it be before the moped acid attackers turn up to claim their bounty? I'm pretty much just gonna sit at home with a beer and buy a drone instead and watch your updates

Good point I've already showed to the RBM those listings with "Signed Boxes" he wasnt impressed on the other hand he was pissed on the Lego marketing team who was responsible for handling this event. Lots of misscomunication but I wont dive into details. 

 

Anyway this thing with modular cinema was a PR ball in the park with tongue in cheek. And you swallowed bite big time
