It appears to be kragled... reverse engineering the form is possible,  but taking it apart would be terminal. 

Some B&N Stores putting items out early. Frederick B&N in MD has all sets and minifigs out per Reddit.

I guess I'm going to have to just check local stores.  shop @ home is only listing TWO sets for "en-CA " version. Not sure what that's all about.

The Minifigs of the Hogwarts founders are awesome! Man this looks so much better than I thought it would in microfig scale.

There are recognizable scenes from most of the books/films and the little details are great. Hagrid's Hut, Whomping Willow, Potions Class, Moveable Staircases, Gryffindor Common Room, Great Hall, Chamber of Secrets, Room of Requirement, Chess & Key trials from Sorcerers Stone.

For anybody that was told that the Harry Potter Series was almost done, well that is %100 wrong, with a Exclusive like this the harry Potter Series looks like at least a 3 year run.

Yep, I think that the current main theme is an indicator if this too. Most of the shown dioramas are from just the first 3 books/films in the main series. I imagine 3+ years is a good run to cover all the main themes and rehash some of the old sets too, along with the new Fantastic Beasts movies. This is a welcome change from all the SW sets.

This is $399.  It's listed on Shop At Home as that. So...cheaper than was foretold!
