    If used, I would say no.  If new, that is about average pricing right now on BrickLink for new.  75022 about $40 and the 75030 about $25.  Offer less I would say!

    All right. I negotiated it down to $60 dollars. I'll pick it up in a few days. Thanks for the advice, @Halfrig.
