Strong rumors out there pretty much confirming that the January 2018 Minifigure Series will be The LEGO Batman Movie Series 2.

now the question is are those gonna be costume batman or the rest of villains

I'm cool with that. In my opinion, the Lego Batman Movie is the best new theme going over the last year...  I hope they finish out most of the villians and provide more batman, batgirl, and robin costumes.  

So far, Hugo Strange and Black Canary have led the rumored figures (of which there will be 20).  I know I'd like to see the rest of the Justice League / Superfriends.  I'm hoping for the Wonder Twins to be in there.

I just want the rest of the villains - too many made to NOT be made in physical form. Killer Moth for sure! ! 

Gentleman Ghost tops my list.  Egghead, as well, but he should be in his Egghead Mech.

I know this is gonna be controversial, but I do want that detective Barbara Gordon without having to buy Arkham.

Friends and Family Harley and Alfred go with the Joker Manor. Clock King is awesome. Vacation Joker is clearly from The Killing Joke. The Wonder Twins are freaking fantastic. Love Zan’s water bucket.

I can’t gush enough about Black Vulcan, Black Canary or Apache Chief. It’s just fantastic to see these guys as minis.

And Superman 2 Zod is awesome!

I agree, the first series was much better. 

Just the opposite for me. Never in a million years would have I thought I’d get all those Superfriends minis. This is much better than 5 different Batsuits.

Superfriends for the win! I️ just wish they could have squeezed Gleek in here somehow. Was he in the movie?

Yes. A purple version of the black chimpanzee included in the jungle boy and zookeeper collectible minifigs 95327pb01 was dancing between the Wonder Twins in the movie.

I like some of these but I'm getting a Simpsons series two vibe. I'll try to pick up a set cheap once they're everywhere.

Although all the different batsuits from the first series were entertaining, this line is significantly better in offering so many characters all around. There is a nice variety between classic and silly minifigures to be had here. General Zod's design appears the simplest by comparison but looks as he should from the film of our childhood even resembling the original actor (Terence Stamp) well enough except perhaps with a fuller head of hair.

I was greatly amused by the Brando version of Jor El.
