Just slap one together from the right colored pieces, include it in the set, boom, done.

Helicopters in city sets are almost as common as minfigs in city sets.

Mountain Police? What could be the "subplot"?

• Those ubiquitous money thieves are hiding in the hills (most likely)
• The mining theme operation is illegal.
• Stopping speeding cars on those winding mountain roads; dangerous rock slides
• Illegal logging - poaching spotted owls 
• Moonshiners or drug labs
• Hillbillies - 'nuff said.

It might be the police crew from "First Blood".

When I hear "mountain police" I think of forest police. If it were a winter theme (snow based), I'd have called the line "alpine police" (no pun intended).

I'm hoping this is a snow based police group. I'd love to see more winter themed buildings and vehicles.
