As someone who owns one I am kind of glad as I still can't bring myself to open it.

If Lego does what they did with previous exclusive brickheadz the boba Fett will likely be a variant from the nycc one. Also I can't imagine they will make han in Carbonite again. The packaging for the nycc one is also really nice. I'm sure it will affect it some, but I still have to think that one will do very well. What was the total number of the nycc set? 5,000?

This is like Architect Studio for 8 year olds.

That’s really neat, but unless it’s rare, not collectible/investable.  I’ll pick one up for personal use.

The set looks horrible but I bet kids still recognize Chewie thanks to that printed bandoiler piece

That is a strange design choice but in reality the series number never really defined too much. For display purposes, this is a slight bummer but then again, they changed the size of the baseplate for series 2 anyways.
