Complete set, box damaged for £150 - worth buying?

I've never had a Lego ship before, so would be a nice build experience. But I'm primarily thinking of investment/resale value. Even if it's not much, I think being able to experience the set and own it for a while, then selling it later for at least cost is worth it?

I sold a used one last year for £180 and i think the prices have boosted slightly since (maybe temporary), so as long as the sails have not faded, the stickers aren't peeling and all the mini figures are there, I would definitely buy it for a personal build, it's a fantastic set, i still have a new one stashed away for my personal collection once i have the room to display it.
