I still have 2 of these. Tried for months selling one on FB marketplace only to get tons of “$500? that’s crazy” replies, when it was selling 600 or so on eBay, and 800+ on Amazon.  May just trade one off for sets the kids may want.  Seems it’s past the point where I feel comfortable building it given the price it fetches.

    selling for much over retail on FB is always like that for me, I have better luck on CL for highly appreciated local sales.  But you've got the crazies there too.

    Anytime I have tried to sell lego on FB it has been nothing but crickets...

    You have to spell it out for people.  i.e. This is a discontinued/retired set going for XXX.XX on Amazon and XXXX.XX on Ebay.  Here is my price.  Unless you are only looking to sell to the choir.

    I figure 5-6 more days and everything shifts to FB and CL for selling since nothing else will make it in time for Christmas unless its coming from Amazon FBA
