September 6, 20178 yr Yes. When they pack it & place the air pillows in & it clearly doesn't fit, they then push down the box, damaging the item as they close it. Seal it & send it on its way. It's happened more than once to me. I've never had that happen to me. I guess I've been lucky.
September 6, 20178 yr I prefer packing paper over the pillows. The paper can give before the box does; the pillows, when overstuffed, clobber the poor box.

Hang on a minute - unauthorised activity means they say their account got hacked. If you sent the good to the right address and you have proof of delivery then Paypal should cover you with seller protection.
