    ich habe nun langsam angefangen mit dem Verkaufen von Artikeln. Momentan nur über ebay. Ich biete kein Paypal an und habe das Gefühl, dass das potentielle Käufer abschreckt. Ich überlege daher es in Zukunft anzubieten.

    Mich würden eure Erfahrungen damit interessieren. Habt ihr viel Ärger mit Leuten, die den Käuferschutz nutzen weil irgendwas vermeintlich nicht mit dem Artikel stimmt?

    Würd auf jeden Fall PP akzeptieren. Kannst die Kosten einfach als Vertriebskosten sehen, du steigerst dadurch auch den Marktwert deiner Angebote. Aus Käufer-Sicht sind Angebote mit PP deutlich attraktiver, auch aufgrund des Käuferschutzes. Hätte ich die Wahl aus 2 Angeboten, eins für 240 ohne PP und eins für 250 mit PP, ich würd das mit PP nehmen. Hängt natürlich auch von Bewertung der Verkäufer etc. ab, aber selbst gute Verkäufer können mal einen Aussetzer haben, und bei Überweisung muss man dem Geld dann echt hinterherrennen.

    Gegen Käuferschutzmissbrauch: Mach Versand über eBay, damit Tracking#/Versandquittung nachweislich zum verkauften Angebot passt. Um auf Nummer Sicher zu gehen (gegen Behauptung "hat mir Backsteine geschickt") mit Zeuge verpacken und aufgeben. Mit meiner (zugegebenermaßen beschränkten) Verkäufererfahrung hatte ich damit noch keine Probleme gehabt.

    well, seems I am on blacklist now, my another order (4 items - 487€) has been canceled (got no email with explanation from galeria)

    All mine got cancelled, some received an E-Mail, some didnt.

    I "Used" Friends for new delivery addresses, but even then the order got cancelled. I ordered the Maximum of one set possible, guess that triggers the banhammer, next time mutiple orders, not the maximum quantity and vpn use.

    Lets See if Galeria is beatable.?

    Only once they canceld my order. Was the Esprit coupon but had two orders one was sent before they recognise the failure.

    Since the canadians bought kaufhof everything was delivered and even got my payback points. Never tried shoop again most of the tracked orders canceld for cash back.

    Paid always with pay pal, maybe thats the anti ban hammer ;)
