    The stock has been at a 52 week high recently - So I think it is more directly related to the "more $ for ebay is more $ for ebay" theory.

I recall them telling me years ago that Top Rated Sellers are not allowed to go on vacation (without losing their TRS).

    Yep, you have to have a store to go on vacation with active auctions, as an individual the only way to go on vacation without being punished for late shipments is to end all your listings.

    So I finally got to sit down and digest the seller update. WOW. This will completely kill low price/low margin sellers on eBay. They are really putting the hurt to some of their best sellers (TRS plus store owners.) This is a whopping 14 percent increase for them, all while standard/above standard non store subscribers are completely unaffected. 

    Time for me to change my operations.
