The white frame is absolutely positively from 6211 Imperial Star Destroyer.

That is 6211, Imperial Star Destroyer.

Hiding the "Piece of Resistance".

If all the figures are there, I'd go for it. Replacing those figs would eat all potential profit. I've built 2 of these in the past year, at a glance you have most of the parts there if not all of them.

It's not worth much more than the $35 you'd pay without figs, though, there might still be something in it if there's no figs now that I'm doing the numbers.... No figs with instructions usually go between $100-$125 CAD. Your Buy In is about ~$45 CAD. So even with no figs, if all the parts are there, you can probably double up. With figs and instructions you could probably be tripling up though. 

Let's make it simple if it's for you go for it. For resell not worth the headache

That version of Tarkin was also in 10188. 

Ah, well, given that set's RRP, explains the expense still.

Kinda disappointed sellers do that :/
