70917 - The Ultimate Batmobile

Featured Replies

I'm glad I didn't buy the first Batmobile for my son just yet, because this version is definitely screaming for his birthday present.  That set is lego creativity at its finest.

No, it's the combination of what your phone copy/pasted for a link and the forum software. It was trying to embed it as something different than a straight up picture link. I edited the post to remove the crap and it's showing ok now.

Much appreciated. I don't know what you said but I'll take your word for it. I'm an accounting nerd not so much with this technology stuff

I gotta say, after watching that review, my mind has completely changed! At first glance it's bulky and ugly... but once you see how all the vehicles fit into it, I started to appreciate it a lot more. A lot of great detail... but a stupid amount of stickers :/
I'll definitely be grabbing this when it goes on sale!

Yeesh, $280. Not sure if I can stomach that.

LEGO Shop at Home says $230. Be patient and you will find it somewhere for $140 ish I reckon, maybe even better.

New Zealand prices, not Australian ?

True? Wow, I thought our prices were stinky.

Apart from the US (and Canada I think), Australian LEGO prices are relatively good compared to the rest of the world ?
