  • Gotta love it when the manager of the local TRU calls you and asks if you want all the leftovers from the BB-8 build....

  • I know it's a hassle but you need to pre-calculate your purchases when applying multiple discounts before heading to the register. More often than not, the cashier will screw up the series of button p

Are there coupon scans somewhere? The ones at the start of the thread expired already.

Read the last 10 posts before yours.

This might be a stupid question, but as I've avoided TRU before I learned about TRUTH and coupons I'm curious to know.

Why are the Star Wars TFA sets not marked up like all other sets? Does TRU normally price the newest wave of sets at regular retail, or is this special?

Is Dr Who sposed ta be at TRU on release day?  My hopes are up!

Probably before & then they won't let you buy it when you bring it to the register...

Yes, in general - TRU new release sets are MSRP and get marked up later. Also, if your TRU is closer to a more populated urban area, you are more likely to see markups as well (In my experience).

Okay, that's what I was thinking. Thanks!

My 15% coupon worked with Dr. Who this morning.  No TRU markup either, $59.99 before coupon.  I don't see this one lasting until TRUTH.

Whom is the wizard that makes scan-able coupon codes???  If we need another 15% coupon picture, I have one to share.

Is that old one 5off25 from Nov 21st still works?

Yes.  Til year end.

The official word is that the rent effectively doubled since they signed the 15 year lease in 2001. I believe unofficially the rent more than doubled because they had gotten somewhat of a discount back in 2001 because they rented all 4 floors of a huge building. Even without TRUTH they couldn't survive that!

Thank you sir!  Can someone please post the code for the $10 back on $100?  Also, BA, would you care to change exp. date on the $5/$25?  Thanks again!
