In my case, I've got the physical coupons in snail mail about less than half of the time it's reported by the members here (or sometimes 15% instead of 20%). I don't know what their promo strategy goes but I guess I'd like to choose to believe my mail lady has nothing to do about it.

Doesn't help the fact that they are just gummy glue'd on the front of the flyer so anything during the mailing process can catch onto it and rip it off.

When is the last time anyone received a coupon with their rewards?  They used to have some decent coupons in there too.

 I characterize gummy as the material they use when sending a new credit card.  You can peel off that sticky strip and squish it.  My coupon came on the front of the catalog, held in place much like a coupon on a 12-pack of pop.  You peel off the top layer, but there is a thin transparent layer that is actually stuck to the front of the catalog.  That sticker won't come off without removing printing from the catalog.  Should be pretty easy to determine if it was ever there.

10240 officially went retired in the US a couple days ago.  Even without the coupon, it gets it back to RRP.  You'll be making up for the lack of a discount pretty quickly on this set.
