This certainly use to be true.  The packing slip should have a standard TRU order number that you can enter.  but I have not tried that in a while.

You can try that but I'm pretty sure they only accept purchases made in store or on toysrus.com

Would be happy to be wrong on this though

Yes from packing slip in the box there are limits on number of times and must have packing slip in your box for order number

I've done it twice with orders from jet.com just using the packing slip

Regarding unique vs. generic coupons:

Generic/reusable coupons have an item# above the barcode (6 digits?) that matches the end of the upc #

Single use barcodes are very long, and there is no item # on the coupon.

This should help determine whether or not to share your images.

Ha! New LEGO catalog was the closest object I could find to hide my unique barcode. Oddly, my willingness to tear the corner does mirror my overall opinion of the new releases.

Found some fresh clearance in store today.  May be related to the ghost clearance at TRU.com and ebay.  Store had 3 minty fresh SOHs (for RRP) and 3 minty fresh Council of Elrond ($20 clearance), that were not there last week.

I think they are clearing out the warehouses.

Are there any interesting promotions (i.e. GWP) happening at TRU over the next 3 weeks? I'm think about using my 20% off coupon on an Ecto-1, but with TRU's markup I need a bit more incentive than just the coupon (which would get the price down to $48 only). Of course I could look into buying something else at LEGO Shop at Home together with the ecto-1 to get a Fountain promo, but I have no current set needs ....

When there's a S@H promo I like, I always have current set needs.
