Not sure if it's been mentioned, but there's a 20 points back on $40 promotion/coupon at Kmart.  Could be a good deal with the new Star Wars sets.  Additionally, the new sets aren't marked as Hot Buy, so you can stack additional dollar off coupons.

I was able to get 2 Carbon-Freezing Sets, 75137, for about 45 with 20 in points back (had a 5 off 35 toys coupon I was also able to use).

If you want to apply the coupons manually, just copy the code:

They haven't since they started this round of insane points back promos, probably trying to prevent stacking

Had to use KMart chat to get them to apply the Masterpass points. CSR said there was a $25 minimum purchase but agreed to award them because the offer doesn't specify that. They also said it's 1 use per member.

Seems to only work for Capital One Mastercard, my other master pass cards would not work.  Anyone have a different experience?

Masterpass says the following issuers work:

Oh man. My local Kmart is now not showing up for in-store pickup on kmart.com (not just for Lego/toys but in all categories). I seem to recall this being discussed in the past as an indicator that a store will be getting shut down soon.

While that is definitely a bad sign, it could just be the store manager disabling pickup from that location to catch up to a backlog of store pickup orders

Saw a KMart putting out some of the new sets. But they (as usual) still had shelves full of old sets. Any word on whether we'll see another round of clearance soon?

I noticed today that on sears.com there were a couple dozen sets listed as sold by sears. None of them were available to ship, nor were they available anywhere for pickup near me, just newly present and marked as sold by Sears. Maybe as they make more of the merged store concepts this will become a thing.

Not Lego related, but it seems that Sears no longer sells Melissa and Doug toys, for a few months I've been buying them for my kid with my smaller recent sweeps winnings, it was a great non-lego way to spend a few points and have them ship it to store for free pickup. I mean, I get it, it was 100% a losing proposition for Sears to pay Melissa and Doug to dropship me or their own store something and just accept the loss when I spent 90%+ points.

Next offer: 20% back in points, points valid 9/1-9/30, maximum $100 in points.

Not necessarily. I received $15 back on $40 in store offer via text message today. Like you though, I know couple people who received $25 on $50.

also sears is spend $200 get $200 back. 

Last two offers are in installments of course. 

Have you guys stopped getting like, OTHER coupons in  your SYW? I get product coupons, and generic $5 off $50 coupons, but I no longer get like, $5 off $30 in shoes, $10 off $70 in purchase, etc. Did my account get flagged or did they just stop offering these?

I just noticed I had just three coupons available when there are usually dozens for products at Kmart and stuff. I stopped getting any offers for purchases a while ago. I can't get any coupons to apply to my Sears cart at all, even publicly advertised ones like appliance10. Real weird.

Texting Online to KMart still gives me a $10 off $50 each week, and you can get a $10 off $75 typically by taking the monthly Sears $10 off $100 coupon code and using it on Kmart.com. Otherwise my only source of coupons/FC nowadays is the weekly "Sweeps Weekly" email which gives a $5 on $5 or $6 on $6 normally.

Speaking of which, I didn't get this Sweeps Weekly email yesterday, but noticed the MAGIC page has a link up. Did anyone get the email yesterday?

Anybody having trouble applying points toward a purchase or earning points today? Since the morning, I've be unable to apply points to any purchase and things that should earn points don't show as earning anything. Not sure if it's a bug in the system since I can still checkout as long as I pay with a card/GC... hopefully not just me!

Alright, now I'm betting Eddie "the wizard" Lampert can keep the Sears Holdings ship afloat at least until after the holidays . Here's the story:

My car's tires are worn out, and as of last week one of my tires is slowly deflating. Dealership quoted me $700 for 4 Michelin Premier A/S tires. Went to my closing Sears Auto Center and got exactly the same tire for $75/piece, making an even $300 and hence qualifying me for the $300 cashback ($25 next day, then $25 each month on the 15th of the month). Purchased using a Sears GC which I bought at Meijer with $30 back in Meijer rewards as per their current promo (those will be used for LEGO ) So 60% off tires, plus extra points to boot.

As my wife wanted a new TV, I then went over to KMart and purchased a Samsung 55" UN55NU7100 4k UHD tv for in-store pickup. $600, marked down in cart to $550. Went over to Sears, took a $35 off $300+ coupon (which said it excluded TVs), applied it at KMart, and it worked. So down to $522 in total. Grabbed a bunch of 4% off Raise giftcards (using RAISE1 to get the extra 1%) and purchased the TV for $500 after tax (Amazon price is $550 before tax). Qualified for the $75 points back ($25 next day, 2 future installments of $25), got extra points back somehow for a total of $115 back in points.

Let's see how many of those points will credit before the program stops or SHC files for bankrupcy. One thing's for sure - I'm cashing them out as soon as they post
