I bought a few of these from Legoland on our recent family trip. They all have a nasty little price sticker that tears up the box print when trying to remove it.

Have you tried using a hot hair dryer or heat gun to remove the stickers?

No, but I sure will. Thanks!

LL FL is known for there stickers.  Even when ordering by case most of time they have been preopened with stickers applied.  The hair dryer and a scotty peeler takes them off fine.

Still have nightmares of the 250 Birthday Cakes that had them.  

Price will drop for 4 week or so to around 20.00 and will come back that level of 30sh...and rise more later on...

I'll quote you on that. If your wrong I'll off load my inventory on you for $25 each.

Yes. I stopped peeling them off after the second try. I would black out with a marker on single orders, send as is for bulk.

Interesting, but say what you going to do if i am right...

$50 threshold must make a big difference. I finally picked up one today at the Lego Store.

it looks like LEGO Shop at Home replaced 40252 with 30351. it ran out pretty fast.

Not a replacement.  I got both promos on my order earlier today.  They just ran out of beetles.  That stinks.  I only got 5

Is there precedent for them running out of a promo only halfway through the period? Either they did a super short run of this item or there is crazy demand.

It's still listed on the u.k. shop as free with £ 35 purchase

Promo also started 4 days later in the UK.....

Wouldn't be surprised if they are eventually sold in stores.

Yeah happens all the time. Darth Revan lasted less then 4 hours so when people on PST woke up he was OOS. But then they brought him back.

It doesn't sound good, I piled up myself yesterday for 1000GBP with 6 seperated purchases to get extras. I will report it here once I receive items.
