466 pcs, 2 minifigs, 3-in-1 build, Available from LEGO Shop at Home Jan 2015 until late 2016; currently "Sold Out" but not officially retired. RRP $39.99 (USA). Was readily available in USA most of it's life about $31 or $32... occasionally $28 or so, but hard to find for less than that. I always felt this was a boring set. I still do, but I have a few 31026 Bike Shop & Cafe and - this being second in the series - I had always planned on getting at least a couple 31036 when I could get a good deal. But that opportunity never came for me. Maybe I'll find one at some 50% off Walmart or B&N clearance someday.... but not getting my hopes up... I just don't see that many in the wild anymore. This set could be a sleeper success?
