31065 - Park Street Townhouse

Very good looking set. Another "budget modular", which is great for people building their own town. You could make some decent sized buildings using multiples of this set.

50$ is pricey, but you do get some nice parts.

Jang's review is up too:

I'm hoping people will buy this and then want to buy my Bike shops for a good price (I have 3 only). Looking to get rid of them when they hit their ceiling which is probably slightly under what a current modular would cost, hopefully ?

I am glad whenever the football player's helmet sees more usage especially in new colors. Now this may sound a little strange but I think I may like the two alternate designs better than the primary by a smidge. The Suburban Home with its greenhouse is very nice and the City Café is interesting & fun. The main build looks best when folded out but functions just as well when closed yet still visually better when open I think.

The main build may look nice next to the deli. I need to stop cannibalizing mine for parts, something this series is great for. I saw this set a TRU on Friday but wasn't paying $50 but at $36 I'll be in for one.

Is that Commissioner Gordon's apartment?

The Toy Shop thingy in the middle is the weak link. Some half decent sets otherwise for a little street set-up, especially with this new one.
