Is a Nisb series 16 minfigure Qty:60. Worth picking up for $175?  What will be the estimated value be once these are discontinued?

    If you take a current value of $3.99, you're looking at about $240. No one could really tell you when these would rise in price and what the future value would be.

    To get one set for yourself and to sell the rest, sure. Picking multiple boxes for investment? I wouldn't advise it.
