Yep.  I listened to the entire clip.  There's nothing confirmed in here.  Just all speculation and discussion with a comic book author that is writing a comic book with a little "past adventures of" Yoda.  But nothing actual about a Yoda standalone film.  

About a week ago, I believe Kathleen Kennedy (Lucasfilm) said the brain trust is meeting in January, after they see how Rogue One is received, to start making additional decisions on the future of the franchise (both stand along and saga films after what is known and scheduled).
