I want to say about a month ago or so there was a video within a topic where a person went through how to make their baseplate modulars (if that's what they are called). It was quite in depth and I believe involved a 32 x 32 baseplate, then putting on 2 x 2 bricks and 4 x 4 plates on top of them so you can change things out fairly easily.  I know how to make them but just want to watch the video again as I select the colors that I would ultimately want along with any special plates that I may want to add to an order. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please shoot me the link of the youtube video or link to the discussion that had the video within it.  Thanks for your help!

I've talked about this set up a lot lately, since I discovered it a couple months back. It's what I plan to use as I'm setting up my villages/fairgrounds. I'm still collecting parts right now.

I'm guessing you heard about it from me, so I'll confirm what you're describing is the MILS Plate method that@brickcrazyhouse linked to above.
