Nice review of this big set by The Brick Show:

I foresee a future collector's item, similar to the Hogwarts Castle set...

That's what I said about the previous version....and we all saw how that turned out.

Again... Lego is showing their creativity. Not!

 

It's definitely not as nice (or "moody") as the Breakout but it has a really nice collection of minifigs and a couple of good features

What a waste of time. This one will tank and suck like the previous one. Lego must be running out of ideas.

Different strokes for different folks but this is definitely a lack lustre set for me. And since when are police cars center drive!?

I believe it is the second time I see the police car from Kwik E-Mart being re-used lately.

I actually like this one. Like the minifigs as well. If they'd put in minifigs + jail uniform would have been even greater. As reseller this sucks of course. As LEGO fan not so much.

Hate this set, especially contrasting it to Breakout

Watching it now with my kids- 9 year old boys. They hate it too. 

They say Poison Ivy and cat girl look like they came from a friends set- for a 9 year old boy that's about the worst thing imagineable except duplo and the joker looks like he came from a duplo set. 

Two face looks like ice cream got dumped on his head and melted.

The riddler's hair is terrible.

It's very cramped- the cells look like bathrooms with windows... but they do like the watermelon slices.

They also like the police car and the x ray machine. 

Overall though a step backwards from the last iteration.

I thought the design looked familiar.

It went live on the TRU and Lego store a while ago, limit is 5...can only assume they made a bunch.

I like this Arkham. I want it.

This set will eventually find a place in my display. Somewhere between the creepy jokerland Arkham Asylum breakout and the haunted house scooby zone.
