This appears to be a whack-a-mole game.  I think it will appear in different places for different people browsing.  I found it on the Mini Cooper, but it's already gone from there (at least for me).  

I saw it yesterday and ignored it.

Found it on a LEGO Batman Movie set.

Found it on Yellow sub.

I looked through a few different Ideas sets before I found it.  Probably 5th or 6th set.

I *need* that Doctor Who.

I think it is not very difficult to find. I searched LEGO in Amazon, opened the first 8 products at the same time, and found it on the fifth page.

Does anyone else enter these sorts of contests ....then cross their fingers hoping to get anything but the trip prize?

I was talking to a LUG-mate in OC over the weekend and he told me a story about someone that won a Lego building contest about 10 years ago where the prize included airfare to Legoland CA.  The story goes that the made Lego fly him from Orange County to the executive airport in Carlsbad.  It's only a 45 minute drive.  

Piece of advice... search on the "full site" version rather than mobile. I couldn't find it on my phone until I activated the full, non-mobile site.
