You're starting a taboo subject in the deals thread. Que the 50 email notifications that have nothing to do with deals. Thanks in advance

One Day Flash Sale (UK Only) MF at £149.99. Be Quick.

  • One thing I have noticed is that sets are plateauing at "a" price at n months after retiring. 10197 is around £300, it still has not increased in the 18 months since I sold my last one. 10211

  • Though this version totally blows the original away (and is from around where I live):

This is probably a dangerous subject, but realistically we're all supposed to be paying taxes on any profits we make selling Lego, so would you not be better off using points on non Lego items, (unless for personal use)? If you use it on Lego, then you're reducing your buy in and increasing the amount of tax you're due to pay.

Sent you a pm, hopefully that clarifies a litte.

60076 City demolition site is now 43% off at Amazon.de

The Exploration boat is also well reduced at Amazon Uk, if not as good as yesterday´s German offer.

They ship to Italy for 11,95€. The 5€ off code worked for me, so helps with the shipping costs. Ordered a couple of 60095 myself. Great find from the_shy_guy.

At the end I ordered 3x60095 + 3x60076 with deliver in shop. ..I leveraged on my parents visiting my brother :-)

I also used the -10 euro for happy Sunday promo...now over

Looks like amazon.de wants to match price...

Very nice suggestion thanks @the_shy_guy !!!

Be quick because there is very little stock showing anywhere

My local has stock but is it worth getting? No idea about the popularity of the Speed Champions theme and it doesn't appeal as a potential build.

If they do a second series it could do alright. 50% off is pretty safe you wouldn't loose on it.

Personally i think Gen 1 speed champions should do ok post retirement. They are sticker heavy so anyone who decides to start collecting will want new rather than used sets.

They're not going to set the world alight like a retired sw set but at 50% off they are worth a punt.

Check your local Sainsbury’s they’ve a bunch of reduced stock, just picked up

5* 31031: Rainforest Animals at £3.90 each (would have been 6 but a little Chinese lady wanted one for Timmy)
2* 10695: Creative Building Box at £6 each
60073: Service Truck at £5.40

Passed on the £10 sinestros and £13 beach huts.  YMMV but I’m guessing there is a bunch of local reductions out there. But know your RRP’s as these were all just price tag reduced rather than labelled as clearance.

Went looking for Rainforest Animals in my local Sainsburys. None to be found but walked out with 75902 Mystery Machine for £19.99.

Good morning guys! Does anybody know: if I order something from Galeria Kaufhof (Deutschland) online now, choose a store to pick it up (where it is available at the moment), can I come to pick it up the same day??
