May 10, 20169 yr Scooby Mystery Mansion £49.95 on Amazon. I've been waiting for a good deal to get one to build and that's the lowest UK price I've seen to date. All gone! Good deal, I reckon it will do well eol
May 10, 20169 yr All gone! Good deal, I reckon it will do well eol Looks like you can still buy it at 49.99 and wait for new stock

The lowest price it has been sold in stores in The Netherlands according to Brickwatch was €79. This offer at Amazon UK at £49.99 would turn out to (including ~ £6.50 for S&H) close to €70. A few offers on Marktplaats are all at the RRP level, so this is kind of a no-brainer. In for 2, waiting for new stock. Edited May 10, 20169 yr by Haay

Sometimes it's a good idea to wait. Sometimes you see an offer that's maybe not great but good enough and you take it because a better offer may not ever come... Earlier this year I was lucky to grab a 75058 MTT at 50% off from Lego LEGO Shop at Home. But deals like that are rare and sell out quickly. I'm not betting on it for this Summer.

This is one theme where I haven't seen any decent discounts anywhere. Hope you're right about the Summer blow out, but wouldn't be holding out much hope.
May 10, 20169 yr I think it will only happen if the theme is retired as part of the summer wave. In Europe, winter retirements tend not to be such good value. In any case, the less than 40% off on playsets rule is the one I am sticking to like a limpet, especially with themes e like these where future demand is not assured.

Unfortunately without Payback or "discount on next purchase coupons", systems that both do not exist in The Netherlands, it's nearly impossible to get that much discount on Lego sets here. So I agree with @Sprocket77 here.

So I agree with @Sprocket77 here. I'm still passing on this price on Amazon because I think it's too high. This is one of the sets I have down to buy this year, but I also set a price which I want to get the sets for and I don't mind passing on a set if I can't achieve it. On this set I want to try and get it for €60, I might go a few euro over that, but no more than that. It's not quite @Val-E's 40% off I'm afraid, I don't quite have his magic touch. Not sure if I'll manage to pick up this set at the desired price though as a lot of places where I can get better deals don't seem to be stocking it. Best hope is that Smyths already have it reduced when they do their 20% sale and I can pick them up cheap there. Actually just realised I'm in Belfast tomorrow so could see whether Toysrus would price match the Amazon price, would be more like €63 then. Edited May 10, 20169 yr by Sprocket77 Additional info
May 10, 20169 yr Amazon is OOS, stock went real quick. If it comes back I'd be surprised if it comes back at £50. Argos have had this a this price for a few weeks, but with no stock. Frankly i doubt we'll see anything better than 3for2 on this, if you can get creative and stack discounts with a 3-2 you may get near to 40%. But I’d be stunned if stock at 3-2 lasted long. If you want this in quantity 30% or so is about the best there is. Personally I haven’t seen any heavy discounts on Scooby and Mansion seems the best so far. Mystery Machine virtually none except all toys discounts. The entire range doesn’t look to be particularly heavily stocked, so a blow discount feels unlikely.
May 10, 20169 yr Asda direct had the Mystery Mansion for £15 when it was fairly new, yes this was a pricing error but some of us were lucky enough to get a few. P.s thought i best add a deal to this post naboo starfighter is £34.99 at amazon. Edited May 10, 20169 yr by The Lurker

May 10, 20169 yr Available at this price from Argos, however it was on 3 for 2 earlier on in the year at Tesco, which made the buy in price lower than £50, so if history repeats itself, there still maybe better deals out there if the set has the legs in it.

Just checked their policy and it says they don't price match online prices, but if it works let me know please! (I'm guessing Sprucefield?) Think I'll just pop by Sainsbury's later and buy some Amazon vouchers then order it online, may as well get a few Nectar points and who knows if they'll have something unexpectedly reduced....

Toys'r'us do price match online prices, at least they did with GG and DV last week. They'll only price match amazon prices and not 3rd party sellers on amazon.
May 10, 20169 yr On the Scooby theme, Tesco and somewhere else have the Mystery Machine for £25 at the moment. If you know someone with staff discount that's £22.50 each. Probably won't do much better than that at any point. Tesco Double Up starts very soon too

Noticed that they have 75050 B-wing in stock as well even though it's retired but going for less than RRP on eBay so maybe give it a miss and get some Disney minifigs with my paltry store of points.
May 10, 20169 yr Might be worth people checking their eBay (in the UK) if you want to list anything. I've got a £1 max fee on mine until tomorrow night promotion available.
