I just realised Sunday is May 1st, which is Tag der Arbeit (International Worker's Day) and stores are closed that day.  

I'm planning to visit Centro Oberhausen one of those days, and hope to catch some promo running at the time of my visit.  

Yeah this sunday all stores are closed  But online promotion may come in  

In Oberhausen is the Lego DiscoveryCenter. I have never been there, but perhaps it's worth a visit

Debenhams have 10-20% off Lego in UK and Ireland, they also have €5.00/£5.00 in reward points and €5.00/£5.00 voucher if you click and collect.

Mytoys.de have the Millennium Falcon for €119.99, with a 15% voucher you can get this down to €101.99, which is the cheapest I've seen for this so far.

 

On a slightly off topic note, any of our German colleagues know whether you have to have a German address to use Payback.de, can't see it online? Mytoys now gives Payback points.

Saw that last night, didn't last long at that price. Despite what others think, I don't think we'll see great discounts on this in Europe.

Even if it does end up being included in 3 for the price of 2, it'll be on sites like Argos and Littlewood, where the price is inflated to start with.

Last ever Clubcard Boost is starting 16th May in Tesco, don't expect there'll be many (any!) deals but if you've a load of Clubcard points you're happy to trade in for Lego at twice face value it may work for you.

75103 first order transporter is 38% off on amazon just now, for the UK I'd say that's a good buy in. The only set with Phasma just now too I think.

The thing is altough its 38% off rrp the price has been sat at 20% off rrp almost everywhere for months(almost a new accepted rrp, same thing with Kylo Shuttle and Tie Fighter)

Usually any more than 33% off a star wars set I'd be hammering it but these constant discounts have me worried.  What are other people's views on this?

Around here in local CL I see a "compatable" &$%#% set being sold for 50€/£39, then this other guy has a legit one selling for 75€/£59, then and a few trying to sell for 90€/£70 at about 10% discount... it doesn't seem to move...

To me it's not an iconic ship and it looks like a submarine, really.

Will not touch it above 40% RRP, ie less than 60% discount...

Yeah like you said 20% has become the norm for this set, its one that seemed a bit over priced in the first place.

38% off is a good price, but I wont be picking any up till next year for investment, its too early.

That would explain all the sudden price drops at Amazon.  They must be price matching the offer. 

Not a deal as such but browsing the uk toysrus site today, I noticed they have 75055 ISD back in stock for delivery @£119. I missed out on these before so have ordered one and had order confirmed.

Website showing 6 only instock now.

We'll have to share photos when they arrive and see who got the best and worst of the 'returns' or whatever they turn out to be.

Tried to use my discount codes from the recent lego promo, but couldn't get either code to go through this morning. Have phoned their CS though and mentioned I will be expecting them to retrospectively honour the discount off this purchase, as I didn't want to wait for a new code and chance missing the boat. Didn't expect them to hang around for long.

There was 6 still there when i looked but was worried about box condition too.

That's annoying. I had just logged on this morning to use the last of my vouchers before they expired. Must've logged on just before they were put up. Well done to those who snagged them ..

Has Corner Deli got an investment potential? It looks too small to me. Its also still showing as £24.99 on Amazon for me.
