There are no sets still available here that are already sold out in the US. Enjoy Amsterdam. Enjoy The Netherlands. But don't hope to find any good Lego deals. *grin* You still have Ghost’s still available at retail.

April 6, 20169 yr Guys, anyone cares to PM the answer to the "Toy store" riddle? [emoji1] If it's Intertoys, I know them all in Amsterdam, no more Ghosts [emoji19]
April 6, 20169 yr http://direct.asda.com/lego-city-vehicle-66523/000757593,default,pd.html 3 in 1 City Vehicle car transporter pack is half price at Asda in UK. £20. 66523.
April 7, 20169 yr Lots of lego city deals in store at asda. Air ambulance down to £9 high speed chase the same, other sets 33% off. Microfighters series 3 £7 too. PS. Spotted these when picking up my 3 in 1 sets from George direct Edited April 7, 20169 yr by Fenix_2k1
April 7, 20169 yr Had a look in my local Sainsburys, seven chicken men there at a pound each but most with somewhat damaged packaging. Not sure if that matters or not, but picked up the only one that didn't have any rips in the sleeve. Also noticed they had half a dozen Green Lantern vs Siniestro sets in the Batman-Superman display at £20 each....I'll stick with the three I got for a tenner two months ago thanks very much!
April 7, 20169 yr Sainsburys is very hit and miss. Any offers spotted rarely seems to be nationwide and they can be slow updating shelf labels. They're only good for easter chickensuit guys. Edited April 7, 20169 yr by Fenix_2k1

Yeah I agree, my local sainsburys had all the aforementioned sets in stock, but only at RRP. With the current nectar promotion there was potential savings to be made but not enough for me to jump on them!

Plus you can often combine it with a sight-seeing trip for the family. There seems to be a LEGO Store in Belgium too (Wijnegem, just across the border from .nl). Closest German LEGO Store is in Oberhausen, just a 30min drive past the border. Do have to say that I always considered driving for more than 1hr to get anywhere a long drive when I lived in Holland, but now that I'm in the roomier USA (and Canada before that) I have no issues with driving 3hrs to get somewhere (and back the same day). I live in Germany and drive over to the Netherlands and Belgium for Lego all the time - and I've found some fantastic deals and long gone set there. So the deals are there - you just have to look carefully and be prepared to do some legwork. I usually combine my Belgium trips with french wine shopping (often at half the price of what I would pay overhere) so double win.

That's how people end up buying Chima.
April 8, 20169 yr 30 pound off shield carrier at TRU. Never seen it discounted before. Also a few other sets discounted too. Not huge savings but still...

April 9, 20169 yr Any one know if TRU are still doing the £20 back in vouchers at the moment? Might pop down and get them to price match this wall-e deal

April 9, 20169 yr cheers mate If you get them to price match it then you'll won't get the 2 £10 vouchers. Actually worth you buying full price and then on the 18th when the gift cards kick in, do the price match (assuming Asda still going it) and as well ad pitch match present one of your vouchers for s bug in of £20

April 9, 20169 yr The two Palace Cinema sets I bought on eBay using the 20% flash discount code finally arrived today. Took the seller 6 days to despatch and he ignored all my messages asking if they had been sent. They arrived damaged and it was obvious that the damage couldn't have happened in transit. It looked like tape and been removed from the back of the box and leaving bare cardboard. The seller is will only refund if I return at my expense but refuses to replace (he has several currently listed). Its obvious to me that the seller used the opportunity to ditch damaged stock during the 20% flash sale as he knows that people will be reluctant to return. Some people are so devious...

Did the seller put up photos of the actual boxes or was it just a stock photo? If they don't match the description you might win a paypal dispute. There indeed a ton of dishonest people out there.
