The main Daily Deal thread that has been here for so long is without a doubt dominated by US deals and discounts.  Canada pokes in there from time to time and then of course an occasional deal from a European region makes it's way in there.   Obviously this does not really work well for non US regions and we want to try and fix this.  This thread here will become the go to place to post deals for the UK, European countries and for now, just about anywhere else until we see the need to give a region another thread if it takes off.  We completely understand that it would have been futile or intimidating to throw bits of information for German deals in a US dominated thread and we think will allow all of our Non US members to benefit from each other's discount and deal knowledge.  We will do our best to get deal alerts in this thread as much as possible.   We hope this becomes as successful as the other thread for everyone.

If I could pick up multiples of 20 I would be interested, better money in dimensions theme if you buy right.

It worked for me again just now, I was able to put another 99 in my basket for C&C. However, I did get a call just now to confirm that my first order was genuine and I said it was. Due to the amount, it'll be in 3 separate deliveries about an hour apart - which has happened before. Have you tried refreshing your browser? I've often seen this issue in IE and Edge which is why I now run Chrome. I'm trying to be helpful here, not getting into a slanging match. Believe what you will.

Thanks. Of course, I've got to get them delivered first! A couple of years ago, it did take several deliveries before I got all my 99x 60124 Volcano Exploration Bases for £29 each (discounted and 3-for-2).

I loaded up when they were £19.99 at John Lewis without a limit, I bought 20.

It's the end of an era as I had a call from Tesco this morning saying that there's no stock of the Sunshine Surfer so the order was cancelled. However, they did say that they were calling around stores to retrieve excess stock to honour some smaller online orders. I could've had 5, but not worth the hassle. No big deal as the toy shop owner I often deal with will take nearly anything off my hands if 40% off.

A friend also got a call that theirs were cancelled (4), waiting on my call for the 3 I'm due to pick up tonight

Hmmm.... I thought they'd honour smaller orders. I'm OK as long as I get my £800 in vouchers back. I suppose they were bombarded with so many orders that their inventory system couldn't keep up. LOL- nobody wants that -50% Unishitty set ?

Sure enough I turned up and they'd none for me, would have been nice to get a call but clearly they must have thought I really wanted the two boxes of cereal that were the makeweight to not pay for a time slot! However, when I walked in-store they had about 40 surfer vans on the shelf, Click and Collect guy explained that he brings it from a bigger store that must have no stock, worth checking in store if you really want these

Yes picked up my fill this morning,only downside shelves were packed with these.

Went to my local on Tuesday and there were no offers on Lego. Actually, they didn't really seem to have much of a sale on at all. Not sure if there is supposed to be one on, or coming up? Anyway, yeah, I can see those Sunshine Campers being a bit of a ball-ache potentially. There have been loads leaving the shelves at one of my locals the last couple of days, then being filled up again, and again.

I only got 3: One for my son for Christmas, one for my nephew for his birthday and one as a gift for the next random birthday party he gets invited to

Tesco called me again yesterday to tell me that they do, in fact, have enough Sunshine Campers to honour my order. Well, they're available according to website. I politely declined and just got my vouchers and £ back. It seems like they have some issues to iron out after closing Direct.

Yes had factored that in to my buying, will be selling locally for cash, I find the ladies in my large local PO are one of many great local outlets for sets like these.

Its amazing how far a free tin of sweets at Christmas every year goes, and even more cost effective this year with the Staples freebies.

Has anybody actually managed to get something delivered from Tesco?

I placed a 2nd order a few days ago for delivery at noon today and I was just called again to say that the items were not in stock - I did NOT order LEGO, but it shows that they really don't know their arse from their elbow when it comes to their website and stock levels. Be prepared for disappointment if you order LEGO or anything else from them. I'm now sending a shitty letter to their HQ demanding that they pay for my DAY OFF as they let me down within an hour of delivery - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!

I'm going to spend my vouchers (unfortunately, it's a lot) over the the course of this month and then tell 'em where they can shove their Clubcard! Of course, assuming that they actually have anything in stock!

I think this is a company in very serious trouble, especially if the Asda/Sainsburys merger gets approved.

It seems like loyalty gets you nowhere these days! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.............................

Tesco update...

It helps to complain to the top, but be nice about it. I had a call this afternoon from one of the bigwig PAs to apologise and to offer me some more Clubcard points (more than I expected!) which I accepted. The problem was not the amount of sets I ordered, but that they need to be picked from store shelves (box condition alarm bells) rather than a warehouse. However, I can speak to CS at a larger store and they should be able to honour future orders by getting stock from a distribution centre as long as I pay on the spot and then go back to collect a few days later. It appears that they don't have buying limits after all. I was also told that I can now have those Sunshine Surfers, but I politely declined as buyer

Back to being a nice friendly tabby again...
