I left the boats, but did pick up 8 General Grevious figs for £15 each (IMO they are the best buildable figs of the whole series) plus a couple of half price Scooby-Doo sets for my own build. The half dozen Kashyyyk Troopers at £3.45 were a no brainer ;-)

I would just like to say thank you for all the information shared here.

Yesterday, based on the Sainsburys deals mentioned I went and got 10 AntMen for £10ea after I nearly missed them on bottom shelf away from other Lego.

Tesco were £16ea. Got 5 for a colleague and there were still 15 left. Bamber Bridge!!!

Then went to Asda and got 5 Green Lantern @ £7.99ea and staff told me there were more items coming out of stores, so will pop back this morning.

It’s all in store / local and it’s all fairly random.

I’ve hit a few over the last few days.  I’ve seen Sinestro at £10 and at £20, Rays only at £20, Ezra at £13.33, Obi-wan buildable at £10 and £15, Grievous at £15, £20 and £30, Master Wu Dragon at £17.50. Assorted city and friends with between 25% and 50% off.  

Frankly the only way to know what’s available is to go to your local store.

So it's sunday offer time at Galeria again..
This time there's 13% on all Lego Creator. A few sets are already discounted. Perhaps you can stack the PaybackCoupons with this (I have a 10% and 10xPoints Coupon in my Payback Acc. ). Most likely the 10% will not work, but 10x Points worked well for me in the past.

The Ideas sets should also be discounted, so look out for some Ectos or Wall-Es

Yep, checked out another one today, Rey's were £20, Siniestro at £10 so got three of them. You want a store with limited you shelf space, today's was a smaller store but a big Lego space. Today and tomorrow there are bonus nectar points when you spend a tenner, minimum 200 (=£1). Put the sets through separately in self-scan and got 200,200&1,000, then put a tender of petrol in the car and got it 2,000 on that (so free)

hmm. wasnt much at our locals unfortunately. We never really find any good discounts in store round here (norfolk)

On Facebook is see some posts about a 15% AFOL discount in German official Lego stores. Can anyone tell me when this was announced and how you can qualify for that discount?

U need a sticker , wich you get at a lego community it s only valid with this rulg sticker. You get only one exclusiv with that discount and three that are not exclusiv. Max amount of 2000€ 

It s 4 times a year the dates are announced at the lego communities. Just google afol shopping 2016.

 

You need to pass by a store it s only in the stores valid and only on items  they have.

 

Was there a bought a wall-e for 42.45 instead of 49.99€. And if you re a VIP Member you get the VIP points as well.

Thanks for the explanation. So I have to be part of a Lego community? Brickpicker probably doesn't qualify. Have you any examples of communities? I want that sticker.

A LUG membership is something to be taken seriously and not as a mean to get a discount for reselling purposes .

Got to say, I'm quite disappointed. Neither Ferris Wheel, Palace Cinema, Detective Bureau, Ecto-1 are discounted, at least not yet :-(

EDIT: I was mistaken. Rebate is discounted in the basket/checkout...

All the above and Big Bang Theory are discounted. Now I'm happy and will get a big parcel :-)

Has anyone had any update on the tumblers from lego? My order status has changed from backordered to complete and the points have gone on my account...should i be hopeful as im itching to open the one i have atm.

I agree but im hoping its for the love of lego rather than reselling that people are gunning for them. Although i resell to pay for my lego habit so who are we to judge. I still have no idea where to obtain one anyway.

Just checked. My one has also gone to completed. I clicked on the tracking info and the Yodel info says 'Good, On Track, Your Parcel will be with us soon'. Pretty sure last time it said that the item turned up a couple of days later. I've had no email notification about the order or anything though. I'd guess they're sending them now but don't blame me if you open yours and it never arrives LOL
