One Day Flash Sale (UK Only) MF at £149.99. Be Quick.

  • One thing I have noticed is that sets are plateauing at "a" price at n months after retiring. 10197 is around £300, it still has not increased in the 18 months since I sold my last one. 10211

  • Though this version totally blows the original away (and is from around where I live):

There is definitely a bug related to recommended sets at bottom of a product page. Clearly says buy it now on products that are most definitely oos clicking the buy button then shows the mentioned error.

Did you get 2? I would have got more, but couldn't phone my Mrs in time to use her account!

I think that the website is struggling due to the thousands of QFLLs refreshing every 5min hoping to find a bargain to make £1 profit when selling tomorrow ;-) Nothing there floats my boat and 30% off ain't enough.

Wow.

I was selling morrow dragons for £80 in run up to xmas (bought at £27). Dawn of iron doom is rocking horse sh#t. If they were near me I'd be arm sweeping, especially at that price.

I must not like money or am just stupid.  I still have all mine, bought at half price from TRU last year.

Living in the past expecting 2 x rrp

Going by sales on eBay doesn’t look like the recent movie has generated any additional interest in the non-movie sets. Or am I missing something. Sets listed at almost double RRP but no bites

I've not listed any on eBay cos as far as i could see they were selling around rrp.  I was hoping they would reach £90+ before i start selling.  Others have made their money, reinvested, made more money..etc while i still have all my stock unsold and not listed

Christmas was a great time to shift sets. I think January will be extremely quiet unless there's kids with specific sets on birthday lists.

I've seen plenty of demand for non-movie Ninjago sets, completely the opposite of what I expected. I think there are plenty of fans of the tv series who aren't so fussed by the movie and its ridiculous number of sets.

Only one that I cant get rid of for love nor money is the never dying Misfortunes Keep.

41175 Elves is 30% off (£27.99) on Amazon. Noticed a few selling for over £50 on eBay. Seems like there's a bit of money in these if they appreciate at all.

I bought dozens at £18.66 during Tesco's last non-limit 3-for-2. Looking forward to getting RRP next Xmas.

There are mountains of these dragons, including at least 99 at Tesco. I don't think a HKUD post will shift these!

I'll shift another 99x if they have another 3-for-2 in a heartbeat.

I've been ordering quite a few retired sets on Amazon since the New Year, the ones that appear and s'ell out' quickly. The box condition has been very hit and miss, even with perfect packing boxes.

For example I ordered 2 x 21127, one crushed (sent back) and the other creased (keeping). Really annoying as there was good money on the table with these two.

I wonder where the stock has been before it ended up with Amazon. Normally they are one of the best when delivered.
