Capitol still a good deal. 

Capitol is probably £30 profit for 3 sets, Eiffel tower is probably £40-£50 with lower buy in.

LOL - I've had my fill of these and paid between £12 and £16 for them all so I'm more than happy. The only concern is that it will take a while for the QFLLs to disappear after EOL. Since it's the World's most famous tower, it's destined for great things, but will take time. I'll not get more of these as I want more Yellow Subs ;-)

Of course I'm biased being British and no doubt you're the same. The Charles Bridge is stunning with all its statues and the old town tower. I think Prague is a great city, especially embellished with those lovely cute ladies! I must apologise for my fellow Brits in Prague who drink too much (nearly as much as you lot!) and upset the locals! I keep meaning to head back over at some point. American Airlines (an ex employer) will be flying there soon so it's a great excuse to meet some old friends for night on the town after the inaugural in May.

I bet you nearly had a canary at the prices in the LEGO museum/shop. Simply stratospheric to say the least.

Hey.. thanks! i was just trying to push you a bit. London Bridge is marvelous, no doubt about it .. that and Tower Of London.. that I always recall while thinking of London.. and as for the EasyJets "weekend flights".. its not as bad as you might think.. surprisingly the Irish "teams" travelling over here to support their football teams or juvenile+ Swedish groups are much worse.. but oh well, I dont really mind as I dont live in the center.. although I dont like that they just put them back on the plane without any penalty charged.. be it the other way around Im pretty sure one of us (Czechs) would spend at least a night in the city jail).

p.s. If you find Charles Bridge attractive.. how about to see it in 5m LEGO length with 1000 minifigs in the first and only LEGO museum in historic centre of Prague?

this one is interesting - not sure if its the same in UK (and while not aiming to establish ab another, useless thread].. at the moment that the LEGO incentives 20 % off ceased to exist- voila.. there is still one, unexpected set, remaining to be discounted for 20 % .. what do you make of it.. ?

and MORE TO IT.. at the precise same time - if you have LEGO e-shop website localised to CZE language, you get a screen that only 7 sets are discounted.. however.. if you switch to English.. then you can choose from approx 150 sets discounted.. same time, same place, same moment. talk about WEIRD or paradigm....

the general 20% offers ended at midnight on the 11th, new deal is 20% off a special set for the 12th, 25% off a set on 13th and then into double VIP IIRC. UK has switched over to same offer you've seen on Czech site now.
