One Day Flash Sale (UK Only) MF at £149.99. Be Quick.

  • One thing I have noticed is that sets are plateauing at "a" price at n months after retiring. 10197 is around £300, it still has not increased in the 18 months since I sold my last one. 10211

  • Though this version totally blows the original away (and is from around where I live):

Please guys... DON'T post any of these LEGO UK offers on HUKD ;-)

We look after our own first, right?

The only sets that interest me are Ninjago, SW will be hoarded and QFLL'd.

With the generous limits, hopefully a lot of these sets will be gone in a day or so.

Does the stuff on sale at the shop @ home go on sale in B&M too?

I am well under the limits but I dare not order many on-line for fear of a ban ?

Except for Peter Capaldi, who can be backordered in LEGO Shop at Home Belgium at -50%.

In the Netherlands a lot of items like the sith 75096 and the 75140 were available for backorder up to a limit of 10! Ordered some but do not have high hopes of them arriving.

Guys be careful with quantities. Almost got banned today a moment ago I had to do do the order via call center because system flagged me for 4 boxes of grevious during completing my large order. Safety Precautions You Need To Take before finalizing the order.

Too late for that now, I suppose. Why do they even have those high limits if it gets you flagged?

Today I ordered one each of a few sets I had never ordered before from LEGO Shop at Home so I'm not concerned about this. I know when I need to be careful to avoid being flagged. ;)

Yeah, they even changed some limits from what they were set at yesterday. Don't know for sure about the others, but I'm 100% sure Sith Infiltrator changed from Limit 2 to 10.

If they flag you, something like the Droid Troop Carrier is very easy to justify: I want to build an epic scene and I need a ton of battle droids so I bought 10. But General Grievious is perhaps a bit more difficult. Unless you're going to convince them you'll use those awkward parts in some sort of MOC.

At 50% off there are some decent deals there.

When you are flagged there is no further discussion or place for appeal to do, system is operating fully autonomous, I've been banned in the past year once for fairly small purchase but it was newly created account and started with 5 separated purchases from Modulars series to have 5 extra goodies with qual order.

All the orders were cancelled.
When I got banned after making numerous phone calls Customer Service provided me absolutely zero information nor explanation about current state of my account at that time.
"We are not providing such informations to our customers" eot.
Technical support refused to  provide anycomment as well.

Got unbanned automatically without any further notice after few months.
Maybe in US there are different standards because as a customers you have vastly more privileges than wr European p̶e̶a̶s̶a̶n̶t̶s̶.customers.

Yes the Sith Infiltrator was definitely limited to 2 yesterday.

It depends though. I think they differentiate between a ban and a warning. I've had orders getting cancelled before and was temporarily unable to place new orders for a while. But after calling them up they asked some questions which were basically: what are you going to do with the sets? who are you buying these for? etc. I told them I was going to make a large display on my attic. After that all my (new) orders went through without a problem. I don't know who decides this stuff or why, but it's not 100% set in stone. Of course if you go all out and put in orders for 10 of each they probably wouldn't be as forgiving.

I do agree the flagging is automated. They probably just run some statistics on your orders to find abnormal buying patterns. Lots of people have given their thoughts on it in this thread:

SAH Poland - Sandcrawler, Ewok Village, BigBang Theory and.. Wall-E -- available (!)

Sandcrawler and Ewok Village still available. Big Bang Theory as well. But WALL-E is not available any longer.

By the way:

t_758_lego-star-wars_05-17_nl.gif.a7b60d8d0614df0ac3e49f08ee22d4e7.gif

Which means, 75060 Slave-1 and 75095 TIE Fighter for €160 instead of €200, and 75159 Death Star for €400 instead of €500.

And in case anyone wants to object that 20% discount is not enough ... In The Netherlands it's virtually impossible to get these sets cheaper than this!

You can still buy most of the retired sets for RPP at klocki.wroclaw.pl including EV. but except Wall-e.

That's better than any SW deal and won't be hoarded as much. Shame about the low limit as I'd be tempted to flip 100 of them next week to make a quick £1000 profit ;-)
