The main Daily Deal thread that has been here for so long is without a doubt dominated by US deals and discounts.  Canada pokes in there from time to time and then of course an occasional deal from a European region makes it's way in there.   Obviously this does not really work well for non US regions and we want to try and fix this.  This thread here will become the go to place to post deals for the UK, European countries and for now, just about anywhere else until we see the need to give a region another thread if it takes off.  We completely understand that it would have been futile or intimidating to throw bits of information for German deals in a US dominated thread and we think will allow all of our Non US members to benefit from each other's discount and deal knowledge.  We will do our best to get deal alerts in this thread as much as possible.   We hope this becomes as successful as the other thread for everyone.

Coupon worked fine in SaH UK, and i got the Snow globe also.

However, it states clearly that this is an online voucher only.

I noticed it because Tesco's architecture stock is depleted almost completely. 

Ok, i did see there were some "sold by" different people, but did not know how that worked out. I will try to update the list to be Tesco only.

How did you applly it, please? During checkout there is a "promo code" box, but after typing it inside, nothing happen and the amount of the order is not decreased (as if I apply the VIP points). I tried this also in SaH UK...

When I first shop at Tesco, the first think I do is filter "Sold By" and "Stock Availability". The available items have now gone up from 240 to 243 so 3 sets have been restocked.

This now scares me since it's the 3rd time in weeks that Tesco have done this. If LEGO have seriously reduced their wholesale prices, these sales will become more common and we'll find it very difficult to flip and also compete with the huge amount being resold. At least I now have the storage and am able to keep my purchases until EOL and beyond.

My gut feeling is that Tesco "could" be getting out of LEGO as I've noticed that a lot of current sets from months ago have not been restocked and their range has reduced by over half since last year.

This is my last big purchase until I offload another 1500 sets ;-)

You can have too much of a good thing, right?

The code is unique to each catalogue and can only be used once and in the UK. I gave all my spares away last night to those that PM'd me first ;-)

I didn't realise there was a code at the back of the catalogue at first as Death Stars don't interest me one bit so, I threw away about 5 catalogues I had before I noticed the code - duh! I honestly thought that these codes were just a US thing, never mind.

Don't say I don't give you guys anything!

Probably more Market discussion than deals but I think that the reason Tesco is being so aggressive is to put argos/sainsburys under real pressure after their recent tie up.

The option "Add Promo Code" is bottom left of the picture (when you edit basket)

The code might only work in UK or certain European countries, give lego a call I'm sure they'll help

Were somebody outside UK successful with the promo?

At least I sold mine before the eBay frenzy. However, I got £65 back from a trashed-box one when I parted it out. I'm tempted to get a couple more as the current sales will reduce inventory and QFLLs will soon peter out.
