If they're at C2C you have to be very lucky to score one if any at all.

No as far as I'm aware they were C2C as of midnight. 

At €119,- that set is a no-brainer. Try calling them first thing Monday morning, you never know.

Star Wars calendar has gone C2C.

Strange, 42009 was retired for weeks.....maybe they found some or got returns.

call to check availability.  42009 can be found on Shop at Home by the search function . in theory it is a retired product.

C2C is our abbreviation for "Call to Check for Product Availability". One of the statuses a set can have at the Lego LEGO Shop at Home website.

42009 were  € 175 at Amazon.es up until a day ago, looks like they're sold out now. 

I don't know about paying full retail for this set. The price will definitely increase, but will you gain as much on this as other sets that may be available for the same money? It was also 25% off quite regularly over the last 6 months, so there are those sellers to contend with as well.

I'm seeing very little in terms of deals and sales anywhere. A lot of stores seem to be getting new stock in on the 11th. Maybe they'll try clearing some stock then to make room.

Other than a set of Mixels series 5 for about €17, I haven't bought anything in 28 days, 28 whole days, something is wrong with the world.

The problem is, there's no stock on the shelves at the moment, so they have feck all to clearance. Smyths have put the price of the Pet Shop and Tumbler back up this morning.

Heres hoping they get something in. Was in Smyths on sunday and the shelves are bare, not just lego either. It looked like a tornado had ripped through the place! The TRU near me still has Mos Eisley and a few other sets that are retired but for bit more than I want to pay. I have my target for them but I'm waiting/hoping for them to put them on the clearance shelf before I pick them up.

Check out http://www.clicknbrick.nl/lego-42009-technic-mobiele-kraan-mk-ii.html?source=brickwatch, you can ask them if they will ship to Spain (no guarantee they will!). 

As all other Lego Technic crown jewel models, I expect this one to gain value (that's all anyone can ever do, expect / guess / assume). If you want to build it, keep box, plastic bags, spare parts, manuals, in good condition and tear it down as soon as you've lost interest in the set to avoid discoloring.

Seems like there is very little stock out there. The only place I can see with stock of the Parisian Restaurant or Detective's office, at RRP, is lego LEGO Shop at Home.

True, and the deals which I saw weren't interesting at all. It generates more time to build a nice set and give my bank account some rest

Smyths Toys are now doing Brick Bounty for £50. Saw a few on the shelves this evening.

Galeria Kaufhof on 10.01.2016 there's a 13% Sale on Creator Sets (the Ideas Sets are also under Creator).
Wall-E can now also be purchased there but Ecto-1 is gone.
Eventually the sale is combinable with the 10% Newsletter Coupon or PaybackPoints Coupons.

They've this, Mos Eisley Cantina and one of the Technic sets reduced to €50 for a few weeks now. No stock in any of the stores over here at least though.
