One Day Flash Sale (UK Only) MF at £149.99. Be Quick.

  • One thing I have noticed is that sets are plateauing at "a" price at n months after retiring. 10197 is around £300, it still has not increased in the 18 months since I sold my last one. 10211

  • Though this version totally blows the original away (and is from around where I live):

I'll keep an eye on order.

If it gets cancelled I know they have some down at Plymouth store but not making the drive as it'll cost the £20 I'm hoping to save.

For anyone who still needs a Slave 1 or UCS TIE, it's -20% at toysrus.nl on everything star wars, plus you get a free a-wing pilot for the exclusives.

out of stock...

Instore only. This was on HotDealsUK apparently (don't use that site myself), so will be slim pickings.

Stocked up extra on the major sets :)

HUKD and other sites say that there's a 3-for-2 sale on all toys at Tesco instor and online from 28-31OCT:

If there's superb bargains to be had, I'll really be going in big!

This should finish off their Ecto's, Wall-E's and Dr Who's then!

Maybe not in one go as I've just noticed that they've just introduced a restriction of 3 per order. I suppose you can just order 3 of each set you want and then order again. I placed multiple orders last time when they had the £60+ clubcard promotion and I received everything AND the extra points!

If the restriction is lifted tomorrow on good sets they want to clear, I've no problem throwing a few grand in their direction.

I've good additional lock-up space lined up on 2 days notice just in case.

They've actually got some reasonable prices on a fair few things at the moment so if they stay the same people are going to be all over that website tomorrow. The restriction you mention should calm things a little but as you say, there are ways people will find to get around that. Plenty of opportunities for QFLL'ing for everyone. I remember the last time Tesco did a similar online offer and all the best deals went very quickly. People will probably have to get in very quickly to get the best deals. I think a lot of their stock on popular lines is going to get wiped out. Shame they don't sell Pet Shops haha.

I know I shouldn't complain but all these recent deals are breaking me!! Smyths, Amazon price matching now 3 for 2!! I kinda hope Tabby clears them out so I'm not tempting, I don't think I've got any lead left in my pencil!!! :o)

Does the online Tesco sale start at the same time as store opening?

My Tesco is 24hour.

I know tabby won't be interested but isn't there usually another Argos 3 for 2 in early November too?

Of course I'm interested as I'll be going further up the street to ask John Lewis to match it ;-)

I'm going out tonight and back home at 00:30, the first thing I'll be doing is logging onto Tesco! If nothing, then again at 08:00.

Went to tesco earlier today for shopping, just seen the posts about 3 for 2, I really hope they put the prices back up as my local just got some Millenium Falcons, with 3 for 2 it will be over 50% off, its just too tempting to be a low life quick flipper in this situation lol

Will the 3 for 2 apply to third party sellers? Even at a high of £42 each I fancy 3 Wall-E's for a £29 buy-in but they are fulfilled by Jadlam rather than Tesco.

In the past it has only been Tesco only, no 3rd party sellers included in offer

Talking out of my arse. Had the filter set incorrectly - Tesco themselves are also listed as a seller at £35 (£24 buy-in). Fingers ready.....
