Smyths, have £20/€20 off for a spend over £100/€100 until the end of the month

Cheers, must check to see if they have Disney minifigures left - my daughter decided she would like them for Christmas!  Bad timing or what.

One Day Flash Sale (UK Only) MF at £149.99. Be Quick.

  • One thing I have noticed is that sets are plateauing at "a" price at n months after retiring. 10197 is around £300, it still has not increased in the 18 months since I sold my last one. 10211

  • Though this version totally blows the original away (and is from around where I live):

Thanks S77... However, their website is shockingly slow today. Do you know if you can place multiple orders like you can with Asda & Tesco?

I wonder if their Pet Shops will sell out today? I have enough TBH.

Haven't tried multiple orders with Smyths before, most of my Smyths shopping has been instore.

Guessing most people aware but theres actually 3 smyths codes on at moment, glad i didn't buy pet shop or Heavy-Haul Train 60098 last week! I'm only buying for personal build, but PS should do well post retirement.

You can do multiple orders of Smyths but do delivery, if you do instore they will cancel.

£5 off £20 = TS5

£10 off £50 = TS10

£20 off £100 = TS20

What's their delivery packaging like (critical for Pet Shops) as I've only ever bought in store? Thanks!

I'm doing store pickup for that, but in the past for all of my medium / large lego sets Smyths have sent in cardboard boxes (with air pockets) closed with the white plastic strips

Never had issue with them

I've never had any issues with Smyths (had small items and Tumblers sent in the past). ;-)

Packing is usually very good. Decent boxes and airbags.

As far as multiple orders go I've used voucher codes several times in space of 30 mins for different orders. You sometimes get an error at payment but resubmit and it goes through.

Damn! Here we go again... ;-)  There's also 3% Quidco or do we have an affiliate link? I'd like to give BP a piece of the pie if I can ;-)

Sold out in Derby by about 10.30.

Reading has still got the Pet Shops in stock if anybody down South is interested. I was only going to get one more but, decided against it by the time I crossed the busiest motorway junction in the UK (M4 J11) which makes a 14 mile round trip take 90min... on a good day! I just missed out on having one delivered. It's fate so I'll accept that.

However, I'll see what else they have which can be delivered.

Oh this is annoying, want to order something that's £99.99 and all the cheap bits I can add to get that extra penny to get the £20 discount can't be ordered online. Grrrrrr

I have to go out of my way to pass Smyths as I approach Reading from the West along the A4. What would be good is if I can order 100 now and collect in a year's time!

Are Smyths in some kind of pact with TLG to flood the market with retiring products every year? I bet they will be pumping out SHIELDS till March.

I'll take that bet.

Psst, they don't sell it :D

Pet Shop ordered from Smyths with £20 off. Fingers crossed for a mint box :)

Fingers crossed for them not cancelling your order, they seem to do that a lot at Smyths.

Really? Never had that happen.  Unless you don't collect within the 2 days.

They are a bit strange.  Some items go from their shelves well before retirement (sandcrawler) others are around long after (tumbler, 42025 Cargo Plane)
