Good thinking. Would also mean Kwik-e mart still not going. Minecraft crafting box neither (but logic as the newer sets remain anyway I guess)

Or maybe it´s the other way around. Who knows???

One Day Flash Sale (UK Only) MF at £149.99. Be Quick.

  • One thing I have noticed is that sets are plateauing at "a" price at n months after retiring. 10197 is around £300, it still has not increased in the 18 months since I sold my last one. 10211

  • Though this version totally blows the original away (and is from around where I live):

Tower Bridge also slightly reduced at John Lewis

Will be opportunities to get this next year for same price or better. Save your cash for sets that have bigger discounts and about to retire.

Or on Cyber Monday......

So, only a couple of retiring soon sets marked down. We know that Angry Birds are done but which others are red herrings and which are EOL??? Answers on the back of a postcard.

No snow globe so not buying anything. I have doubts about the UCS Tie Flighter and I already have too many T1 that I bought for less anyway.

I like the Tie Fighter but just don't see the value in buying one at slight discount to sit on shelf for at least 12 months.

I want the snow globes but can't think of a damn thing to buy.

Same problem over here. I guess you could buy a T1 and flip it for a free snowglobe.

No one cares about the deals. Everyone just wants the snowglobes

Some items are now max 2. I am gonna stick my neck out and say those are the ones not retiring eg T1 and FW.

on may fourth staw wars 3 x VIP all star wars exclusives were limit of one so dont think we should take much notice to the limit of 2

I think its wrong to assume that anything that isn't labelled retiring soon wont retire

Just because death star was remade doesnt mean that will happen to every set, all sets need to retire one day, T1 van may go this year.

Give me logical reasons why they whole range is reduced then.

The following minecraft sets released in 2014 are defiantly going  as they were from the first wave, the others relasesssd in 15 & 16 are unlikely to go, minecraft is a great seller

21113 The Cave

21114 The Farm

21115 The First Night

21116 Crafting Box

21117 The Ender Dragon

Looks like that.

The only set that makes any sense to get the glob for me is the VW 10220.

edit: Glob is now available.

one per household how do you tackle that?

Checkout as a guest and use a different address, friend, neighbour etc. Should work I think.

So everyone is going to buy 10220 then Lego see the sales figures and keep it for another 2 years.  This is how the world ends

On the payment review tab, when I press the submit button, nothing happens. Do others experience the same? Using chrome on my Android tablet.

Hope everyone got their snowglobe and T1 ;)

Curious to see how fast the snowglobes will run out.

Yup. As long as it keeps selling at RRP, I don't mind. Bricklink is at 2/1 on stock/offer, which is modular building tier.

Yeah about that... Welcome to the new Lego website. Try refreshing the order or starting from scratch. Or try a different browser if you can. It will work eventually. Just try a couple of times.
