That's 56% below (Dutch) RRP ! Went big on this one! Think they launched it a day early
November 3, 20169 yr I didn't have high hopes for ASDA anyway...let's see what the Argos 3-4-2 will bring tomorrow...

Even though Argos has the worst condition boxes, some other retailers will price match their offers. I wouldn't be seen dead in Argos but, I still check out their deals online. I think they forgot to do that yesterday, hence you could get the additional 20% off. "Top deal" is basically a way for them to exclude certain products from promotions like the 20% off star wars or 10% happy deals. Let's hope they don't cancel orders! November 3, 20169 yr I went into John Lewis in Reading today and one of the supervisors told me that they will price match Argos' 3-for-2 sale only if the item is in stock at the nearest branch as they won't match anything online. Unfortunately Argos' stock levels are very low on anything worth having in quantity so don't hold your breath tomorrow! Since George was a damp squib, I'm hoping that the Black Friday weekend will be better.
November 3, 20169 yr Buying stuff from other retailers is sooooooo pre-October 2016. Everyone knows you just save your money and drop all your money on the next Tesco 3-4-2 sale (unless buying certain items that Tesco don't stock). That Argos sale is usually a bit rubbish anyway. Ain't nobody got time fo' spending more money than they need to with other retailers. Dropped perfectly after the retiring soon announcements too. I'm never spending any money ever again hahaha!

Bought the Volvo 350 with wrong price, which got cancelled for 'not deliverable'. I waited 2 weeks till it was back in stock and complained. They asked me to buy it full price and refunded the difference. Volvo 350 cost me 126 euro, cheapest ever

November 3, 20169 yr When I ordered my Grand Emporium around EOL for £110 on Amazon the price shot up to £200 and the cheeky reseller billed me for £200! I simply didn't pick it up from the post office when it arrived, let it automically get returned and then I had my refund. Since then I only every buy from Amazon Direct, never a reseller.

Last night Toys'R'Us sent me a confirmation email that my order was sent, so it's on the way. Hope you all get your ordered 75150 boxes as well. Eagerly looking forward to building this set for my own collection!

November 4, 20169 yr Anyone bothering with Argos. They haven’t updated prices, so there is a stack of SW at 50%. Falcons at £94, coming in a £63 per on the 3/2.
November 4, 20169 yr Looked at a couple of things, added them to basket to see if they really were available and both said not available for delivery or click & collect. Logged off and got ready for work. It's usually either too expensive or out of stock with this outfit.

Smart move, letting it automatically get returned. But my order was an order from Amazon direct. But there are a lot of other BPs, who ordered the Horizon Express, aren't there? What happened with their order? I can't imagine, that their order was fulfilled.

I added a couple of click and collect (3 * 75105 * 2) orders before the 3 for 2 had started and clicked "pay in store". Sure enough my first order is ready today and I am only getting billed for two. I think this could be a good "hack" to employ to ensure the stock you want is available. Waiting to see if the other order comes good before Tuesday.

I didn't realise the condition of the box could be so terribly negative. If there's a slight dent on the box, how badly is value affected? I've got a 75055 with a crush fractured corner that I'm now slightly worried about!
