August 25, 20169 yr Amazon is doing a deal on LEGO Star Wars 75100: First Order Snowspeeder, for £20.00. 50% off
August 26, 20169 yr First Order Snowspeeder is down to 20£ (-50%) on amazon.co.uk Okay price if you want to build it I guess. Not touching this one myself.

August 26, 20169 yr Kylo Ren´s and pretty much all TFA are 35 % off too. Just very doubtful about their post EOL performance.

It's going a bit under the radar and is a big set. With parents rushing for mf's, x wings and ties is this the set that gets missed until it's too late? Will it appear in Ep 8 and will lego do an instant remake with a wing fix or will they have other set priorities leaving a gap. For me its a 40% off minimum gamble.
August 26, 20169 yr Asda Direct have a 75105 Falcon and Kylo Ren’s Shuttle combo for £135. 40% discount on these and I’m all over them. I was flipping Falcons at £150 in Jan with the post holiday shortage.

Yup, the only one that I like is 75105, but with all the articles about 10179 last year I'm afraid this one is going to be hoarded. Also goes to show how inflated the prices are if -35% or even -50% is not enough. 1 hour ago, Legojona said: It is really cheap, but an underwhelming set. Might also be an indication that they are dropping the line altogether to make place for the next movie. I'm not really a fan of this run, so have not invested in many sets myself. I like the discounts on the Clone Turbo Tank™ (75151) and Captain Rex's AT-TE™ (75157) on Amazon a lot though. Land war vehicles are always going to do well, I think.

It seems I bought one of the last available DR. Who's, then Likely to come back in stock though. I don't particularly like the prospects of the 75105 Millennium Falcon either. It is one of those iconic pieces that will be rehashed multiple times. I did get myself many of 75102 Poe's X-wings though, but that is most likely because I cannot stop buying things that are Orange (as a Dutch guy )
August 26, 20169 yr The Doctor Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum (76060) has a 30% discount (on NL prices) now on Amazon.co.uk and 20% when compared to UK prices. It's a retail limited set, so I think it's quite the bargain.

I can't bring myself to pull the trigger on a SH set at just 20% off.

Seems like Lego wants its products to become famous and legendary in a different way. Instead of a Ferrari, they persue VW Beatle. In short... They do not want to be famous anymore from the scarce 10179 sets. They want famous exo-suits. Famous cause in 30 years all will remember the set as the one everyone had when they were young.

Online it is not easy to find in Europe yet, so I'll take the bet. I think the design of the set is really great, so it's worth the risk
August 27, 20169 yr Very easy to find Dr strange in UK, was also available in recent argos 3 for 2 so you could of got for 33% off just after release date. Was also in asda today and they are also selling it

August 29, 20169 yr I'm avoiding Kylo's shuttle as LEGO are bound to re-release it with better wings rendering the current version a poor investment IMHO. I also had the chance to buy a lot of WALL-E at £25 each but they were last year's meaning a likelyhood of the dodgy neck where I can't be bothered to deal with customer complaints. After the Argos fiasco, I don't buy sets in poor boxes at any price unless I intend to part them out. At the moment, I'm taking advantage to Tesco's current Clubcard deals. I already have over £1,000 in points to spend so that's Xmas sorted! ;-)
August 29, 20169 yr That Brickwatch site has 75105 listed with a Lego RRP price of €178.86 for some reason.

Goes to show I'm still new, eh But I'm glad I hadn't pulled the trigger yet. Is this considered a good deal? Seems like it, since P&P aren't that much in this case (about €6,- for both together). Edit: nevermind, followed the advice and looked at brickwatch.net, which answered my question. Ordered the sets plus Poe's X-wing. Edited August 29, 20169 yr by Bawa Added the nevermind.
