One Day Flash Sale (UK Only) MF at £149.99. Be Quick.

  • One thing I have noticed is that sets are plateauing at "a" price at n months after retiring. 10197 is around £300, it still has not increased in the 18 months since I sold my last one. 10211

  • Though this version totally blows the original away (and is from around where I live):

Debenhams have 30% off a number of sets on their website, not sure about in store.

Better deals are the Tie Fighter for €50 and the Imperial Assault Carrier for €84.

But they're also offering €7.50 worth of reward points for spending more than €50, you get the usual 3 points for every €1 spent and €5 voucher if you click and collect. So effectively I got the Tie Fighter for about half price.

Smyths have a £6 off £20 discount the weekend, coupled with the current reductions on some sets, there are decent prices on a bunch of (presumably) EOL sets.  Mystery machine at £18, Poe’s x-wing at £45. code is on the site.

Also Amazon have started to price match a few of these, Grievous at £18, pop star bus at £29.  Some mileage in some these and I expect a few more will come online tomorrow, so take look at your favourite amazon price comp site.  Coming up to Q2 end no doubt we’ll start to see a few more decent discounts.

Smyths have their £6 off offer on with code Jun6 this weekend.

Amazon UK matching  prices although there are still some missing.

Mystery machine and dr who sets are very cheap now direct from Smyths

IST on Amazon for 52.99

34% discount. Given the impending retirement later this year could be a decent investment.

I've picked one up to add to my existing stash :)

Yes, I expect it to do well after retirement. I have one build on display and it's excellent. Need to make a stash of this one!

Just bought another couple of IST's from Amazon. Can't really grumble at that price :)

Gonna have a relaxing browse through Amazon tonight and see what other good deals there are.

Not sure if anyone is aware of a better deal or not...but....

AROCS is £115 on Tesco online at the moment and when I went to checkout  £5 had also been knocked off also. Must be some deal still on. Add on staff discount if you know someone, that's an AROCS for £99 approx ;)

Edit: £5 off £40 spend is the offer that was applied, just checked my invoice.

So, even without staff discount, that's an AROCS to your door for £110 when Amazon are asking £150 plus (at the moment).

The Scooby Doo Mystery Machine is now down to 17.99 at Amazon.co.uk. It's backordered though.

In for a couple and snagged an IST for 48 quid to amortise the shipping. Nice deals on X wing and the Ninjago sets too.

-15% sunday sale on Star Wars at toysrus. Good time to stock up on some more exclusives.

They have increased price of EV by €10+ on the NL site. So effectively it's less than 15% off.

Yeah I noticed that. On the German site there's something weird going on. Everytime you add EV to your cart the shipping cost increases to 50€ even when paying with paypal. So I guess it's only good for ordering the Slave 1 and Tie Fighter :) The German site usually has better deals, but you probably already knew that. Too bad First Order General polybag is gone.

Toysrus.fr has 60134 Fun in the park for 29.99 which is already 10 euro cheaper than the normal price.

If you buy three (or four), add RADTRU0616 as a code and you get a 7.5% reduction which means free shipping + some more euro's discount.

Not bad of a deal for a new set (that I speculate will be highly wanted).

I get the feeling there's not a whole load of lego collectors in Belfast! Not sure if this is all tescos or just this one but that's a good deal if you haven't already got a box

Was.  I picked up a box at £1.25 per at the beginning of the month.  Either they forgot they had them and just marked them down, or, like you say no-one noticed / cared.  There are probably a few still kicking around in the out of the way stores.

Had them for £1 in my local sainsburys in sydenham, London but i delayed in getting some and now they are all gone :o lesson learned !!
