May 14, 20169 yr These things will flood eBay for the next two to three years and sell for a couple of quid each. Save your time, it's precious. There's better ways to make money. I wasn't going to sale mine, my plan was to enjoy my cup of coffee whilst reading the paper for a hour in peace whilst my son played with a free bit of Lego!!! Lol
May 15, 20169 yr Bought 71014 (20 bags which is the max, 2.99 each) at Toys R US.DE. Today 10E discount for orders above 70E. So selected 1x Wall-E which is bought for 39,99.

I had the same problem. Have just ordered, and sent an email. They'll refund the difference. Or buy just 14x then the shipping is ok, above 14 it indicates the error on shipping.

May 16, 20169 yr Tesco apparently want to give us free stuff today. Start of the Clubcard boost and 1000 points back on £60 Lego spend IST is £63.96. Can’t see stock lasting long.

Should have done 2 separate orders to get an extra 1000 points but was rushing it through in-case stuff sold out. Nevermind

Nevermind That's what held me up and I missed out. Getting one for effectively £30 of vouchers is not a bad deal though, but I can take a couple of days to think about it now.
May 16, 20169 yr Nothing really grabs me, good price for the town square and acrocs with the points back, buts it too early to buy them. Might have to suck it up, I've got £200 in points to use, seeing as this is the last boost. Anyone else see anything of interest on tesco?
May 16, 20169 yr Yeah, the problem is, as soon as Tesco sell their actual stock, the prices on their site are supplied and priced by The Entertainer etc. I think Arocs went back up to £170 (or whatever it is), and the likes of Wall-E, Mystery Machine etc seem to have mostly completely gone. If it was me and I wanted to double up, and I know it's relatively early, but I'd be looking at Louvre, Trevi Fountain etc. That's just me though. Edit - Actually, it does seem that Tesco does still have the Arocs in their actual stock, but they've just whacked the price up..... Edited May 16, 20169 yr by BarryZola extra info
May 16, 20169 yr Wait. The 1000 points end on the 18th, boost lasts until June. We'll see discounts return once the 1000 points offer is done.

It depends how much points 'firepower' you have as to what works for you. A shuttle will cost you 3000 points net (4000-1000) now, discounted to £63 without points offer it will cost you 3,150 points net with Boost. Slightly simplified I know, but for some it might be better to just go for it now depending what you want.
May 16, 20169 yr Ok, silly question time, why would you use your Tesco points, 1,000 bonus points and Boost on Lego rather than say the family shop? Am I missing something, can Boost not be used on normal shopping? This is probably a dangerous subject, but realistically we're all supposed to be paying taxes on any profits we make selling Lego, so would you not be better off using points on non Lego items, (unless for personal use)? If you use it on Lego, then you're reducing your buy in and increasing the amount of tax you're due to pay.
